First Baptist Church of Sacramento is currently accepting resumes for the position of Lead Pastor. Our desire is to honor and enjoy God by equipping the family of God to disciple the nations. We are interested in a spiritually mature person who is able to skillfully lead a diverse body of people and clearly communicate a God centered Gospel. Candidates should be in very good health, possess at least an M.Div (or equivalent) from a reputable school (ATS accredited schools are highly preferred) and have at least 5 years of local church ministry experience. "Turnaround" experience is highly preferred.
