Welcome to the website of First Baptist Church, Sacramento. We are excited to have you reading our website but, more importantly, we'd love for you to come visit us. We are a 159-year old Sacramento midtown church with lots of history - with at least 80 years right here at 24th and L Streets!
I am Pastor Steve O'Brien, and I have been the pastor of FBCS since mid-January 2008.
Our mission is to be a church where hope is found, growth is experienced, and change happens.
More than just our mission, our desire is that hope, growth, and change will become your experience here at FBCS as you seek a deeper walk with Jesus.
